Two and a half men gone from TV?
Pulling the Plug on 2 and half Men?
Is the plug going to be pulled on 2 and a half men? Charlie Sheen’s video of him completely stoned and the video conversation of him speaking to a show. I still CAN’T BELIEVE that they are not gonna continue with the show. Two and a half men is a good show and it is a shame that it will not be continuing. Charle Sheen, get your stuff together cause you have a show to do. Go to rehab, get some help and get your act together. Fingers crossed that we get the show back!!!!!!!!!

Opinion: Don’t Follow Your Dream
I get how the author says that you can never achieve a dream by just saying that you have one. I mean look at Madonna and, dare i even say it Justin Bieber, they had a dream and they are living it and they have accomplished it. Madonna was even told that she WOULD NEVER MAKE IT! I mean that person who said it must be cursing himself now!The author even says “Do what it takes to earn it. To achieve it. To be worthy of it. Because if you don’t, it will never, ever, really be yours”. I think that he means that if you don’t work for what you earn, you don’t truly accomplish that goal. People spend their lives going after their dream but never accomplish them. Why is that? Is it because our generation is known to be “lazy” or is it just because people are ignorant to the fact that teenagers are smart and want to accomplish their goals, most of the time . So the next time you see a teen not doing anything, show this article and tell them that they can accomplish a goal if they only tried.

I just found it interesting that a computer can even play a game like jeopardy. In these days, computers are so much smarter than in the 80s when they were used for other reasons such as military. Computers now have a greater sense of knowledge and I think that it is funny that computers can compete with the human brain. I wonder if in 10 years, the computer could even be more smart than the human brain…. well let’s enjoy humans being smarter than computers for the time being…
Playstation phone coming to Canada?
The playstation phone is apparently coming to Canada this spring. “The phone looks similar to the PSP Go, a version of the PlayStation Portable released in 2009.” This playstation phone looks pretty cool. I’m not a big videogamer but this phone looks pretty cool. I think this will sell in Canada and I hope that it is successful. CAN’T WAIT!

Twitter being courted by Google and Facebook

The world-wide social networking site is estimated at approx. 10 billion dollars. This social networking site is now being courted by google and Facebook and is now called “superstar of a new era of communication or the worthiest example yet of a new dotcom bubble”. This article states that because companies are using twitter to connect with their customers, that twitter’s net worth has grown dramatically within the last two months. I think that twitter is a good way to communicate with those celebrities that you admire. This article made me think about just how much we use social media and how our generation affects the future of the internet.
Mean Girls 2 Was TERRIBLE!
Mean Girls 2 was the type of movie where you just shook your head in utter disbelief that something like that was even filmed. The story starts with Jo (Meghan Martin) who is a sort of tomboy and who is going to a new highschool. She meets a girl named Abby Hanover (Jennifer Stone) and becomes Abby’s friend so that Abby’s dad would pay for her college schooling. They meet the Plastics: a bunch of Disney kids who don’t have real acting experience and think that they are so hot, but there not. The whole movie is based on the rivalry of the plastics, and the anti-plastics (Stone, ,Martin, and a group of unpopular girls). Things only get interesting when we find out that Jo is dating the plastics’ leader’s brother. All in all, this movie was just a waste of time and it was NOT better than the previous movie.
